Deposits:
An advance deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation. We accept AMEX, Visa, MC, and Discover. Personal checks must be received within 10 days of making the reservation and at least 7 days prior to arrival. Your deposit is credited to the last two nights stay. |
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to arrival will ensure a prompt refund. Within 10 days, refunds are given only if we are able to re-rent the accommodations. In any case, there is a $25 bookkeeping fee. Special packages may have different cancellation policies. Please ask. |
Pet Policy: No Pets Please! There are lodging facilities available that accept pets. We suggest that you contact Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce for a list. |
Smoking Policy:
No smoking in the Inn's Rooms, Suites or on the grounds! If you smoke in your room, a $50 per night cleaning charge will be added to your bill. This is to assure a clean, fresh atmosphere for subsequent guests.
